    Our courier partner will collect your parcel directly from our depot in Johannesburg and deliver it to your specified address—whether that’s your home or workplace.

  2. Delivery Times
    Delivery times will be communicated to you by the Customer Service Unit via e-mail.

  3. Shipping Costs
    Cost of shipping will be shared with you for approval and payment before stock is dispatched.

  4. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from the Customer Service Unit with tracking details.
