Product Description

A solvent-based welding adhesive formulated to provide a strong, effective joint and seal on high- and low-pressure rigid PVC pipes and fittings. STAG PVC Weld is waterproof, fast-setting and has excellent bonding strength properties.

NOT SUITABLE FOR USE ON: Flexible PVC, Polyethylene or Polypropylene Systems.

  1. Please read this product label and refer to the TDS and SDS before use. 
  2. Store and use Stag PVC Weld at temperatures between 4 and 40°C. 
  3. Mix well before use. 
  4. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry for optimum adhesion. 
  5. Apply Stag PVC Weld to both surfaces. 
  6. Join evenly together immediately without twisting. 
  7. Allow to set for a minimum of 10 minutes before handling. 
  8. Clean tools and remove excess adhesive with absorbent paper and/or lacquer thinners. 
  9. Leave for a minimum of 8 hours before exposing to normal service conditions.

  1. Obtain, read and follow all safety instructions before use. 
  2. Do not use near sources of heat, ignition, open flames or sparks. No smoking, eating or drinking during use. 
  3. Wear eye/face protection, solvent-resistant gloves and suitable protective clothing. 
  4. Use in a well-ventilated area. 
  5. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. 
  6. Do not inhale or breathe fumes and vapours. 
  7. Close container properly and tightly after use. 
  8. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. 
  9. Store locked up in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area and away from all sources of ignition.
  10. Keep away from children, untrained persons, pets and food items. 
  11. Avoid release into the environment. 
  12. Do not dispose in drains, sewers or waterways. 
  13. Dispose of waste contents and empty containers in accordance with local laws.

  1. If in eyes or on skin, flush immediately with plenty of cold, clean, running water. Seek medical help. 
  2. If inhaled, remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Seek medical attention. 
  3. If swallowed or ingested, rinse mouth and immediately seek medical help and/or call a poison centre. 
  4. If exposed or concerned, seek medical advice.

12 months from date of manufacture when stored unopened in original packaging between 4 and 40ºC, in a dry and frost-proof area.
