STAG Jointing Compound

1. Please read this product label and refer to the TDS and SDS before use. 
2. Store and use Stag Jointing Compound at temperatures between 5 and 40°C. 
3. Ensure the surfaces to be treated are properly and thoroughly cleaned using methylated spirits or a suitable solvent. 
4. Stir Stag Jointing Compound well before and during use. 
5. If the paste becomes too thick, it can be thinned using methylated spirits. 
6. Apply Stag Jointing Compound thinly using the brush applicator included. 
7. If packing is used, apply Stag Jointing Compound to the flange. 
8. Ensure the lid is replaced and tightly secured after use.

1. Obtain, read and follow all safety instructions before use. 
2. Do not use near sources of heat, ignition, open flames or sparks. No smoking, eating or drinking during use. 
3. Wear eye/face protection, suitable protective gloves and clothing. 
4. Use in a well-ventilated area. 
5. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. 
6. Do not inhale or breathe fumes and vapours. 
7. Close container properly and tightly after use. 
8. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. 
9. Store locked up in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area and away from all sources of ignition.
10. Keep away from children, untrained persons, pets and food items. 
11. Avoid release into the environment. 
12. Do not dispose in drains, sewers or waterways. 
13. Dispose of waste contents and empty containers in accordance with local laws.

1. If in eyes or on skin, flush immediately with plenty of cold, clean, running water. If irritation occurs/persists, seek medical help. 
2. If inhaled, remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Seek medical attention. 
3. If swallowed or ingested, rinse mouth and immediately seek medical help and/or call a poison centre.

24 months from date of manufacture when stored unopened in original packaging between 5 and 35ºC, in a dry and frost-proof area.
